2. Written Test:
After receiving resumes, HRM departments shortlist candidates based on the requirements of the job and calls selected candidates.
Those who qualify the written test are then called for the first interview, final interview is conducted for those who qualify the first interview.
4. Medical & Document Verification:
Selected candidates go through pre employment medical examination. Documents (Education and Experiences) are also verified and scrutinized.
If a Candidate has cleared all the test and selection proces he/she is offered the job and is finally inducted
